finally got Beth to fall asleep in her bed for her nap instead of falling asleep in the swing then waking up 10 minutes after I lay her in the bed. she does good as far as sleeping at bedtime when I lay her down, but for nap times, she likes to fall asleep either in your arms or in her swing, then will wake up when you lay her down and then cry until you come pick her up. think some of that problem could be because when she was in the NICCU, we held her pretty much the entire time that we were up there with her during the day, and when she came home, I held her a lot during the day as it was uncomfortable getting up and down off the couch, so she got used to sleeping in your arms or the swing.
